Sauna is a music community in Accra, Ghana. We decide how the information on saunagh.com is used. Questions about your data go to info@saunagh.com.

• When you buy: your name, email, phone number, what you bought, and the payment details Paystack sends us, such as the payment method, the last digits of the card or number, and your device's IP address. Paystack holds your full card details, not us.
• Deliveries: your address and the landmark you give us.
• At the door: when your ticket was scanned.
• Our mailing list: your email, your name if you give it, which lists you're on, and whether our emails were delivered, opened or clicked.
• The join form: whatever you choose to tell us, like where you're based, your birthday, your socials and what you're into.
• On the site: visit counts that don't identify you or use cookies, and short-lived records of IP addresses so we can stop abuse. Your bag is saved on your own device.

• To take payment and deliver your tickets and orders.
• To check you in at the door and help when something goes wrong.
• To send the emails you asked for, and updates about nights you have tickets for.
• To keep the site safe and stop fraud.
• To get to know the community and plan better nights.

Only the services that help us run Sauna, and only what each one needs: Paystack (payments), Resend and Amazon Web Services (email), Vercel (hosting and visit counts), Neon (our database), Cloudflare (file storage), and a few smaller services that schedule emails and stop abuse. Some of them store data outside Ghana, for example in the UK, Europe or the US.

We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. We'll only share it with authorities if the law requires it.

• Orders: as long as we need them for accounting and tax.
• Mailing list: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep just your email on a do-not-email list, so you don't hear from us again.
• Join form answers: until you ask us to delete them.

• Unsubscribe from any of our emails with the link at the bottom.
• Email info@saunagh.com to get a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may need to keep order records the law says we must.
• You can also contact Ghana's Data Protection Commission.

Sauna nights are 18+, and this site isn't meant for anyone under 18.
