Sauna is a music community in Accra, Ghana, and saunagh.com is run by Sauna (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@saunagh.com.

By buying a ticket or a shop order, or coming to a Sauna night, you agree to these terms, our Refund policy and our Privacy policy.

• Prices are in Ghana cedis (GH₵). A service fee is added once per order, and you see it before you pay.
• When you choose tickets, we hold them for a few minutes while you pay. If the hold runs out, they go back on sale.
• Payments are handled by Paystack. We never see or store your full card number or Mobile Money PIN.
• Your tickets arrive by email as soon as you've paid, and you can get them again any time from My tickets.
• Promo codes: one per order, only for the nights and tickets they're for, and they can't be swapped for cash.
• Buy only from saunagh.com or a partner we link to. Tickets bought anywhere else may not work, and we can't help with them.
• We may cancel orders we believe are fraudulent, and refund them.

• Each ticket has its own QR code and gets one person in. A Duo Pass comes as two tickets, one each.
• Keep your QR to yourself. If you send a ticket to someone, the QR goes with it, and whoever is scanned first gets in.
• Screenshots work at the gate. A ticket is for its own night only.

• Sauna nights are 18+. The door team may ask for ID.
• Look after each other. We can refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone who harasses people, puts others at risk or ignores the team, and they won't get a refund.
• Whether you can leave and come back depends on the night. The door team will tell you.
• Lineups, set times and door times can change. We keep each night's page up to date.
• Look after your things. We aren't responsible for belongings lost at a night, except where the law says we are.

We photograph and film our nights and share them on saunagh.com and our socials. By coming, you're okay with appearing in them. Want a photo or clip of you taken down? Email info@saunagh.com with a link and we'll remove it.

• Prices are in GH₵. Items are held for you while you pay.
• Delivery: we call to set a time and confirm the delivery fee, which you pay the rider when your order arrives.
• Pickup: collect your order at the Sauna night you chose by showing your pickup slip. Anyone holding the slip can collect, so keep it safe.
• Swaps and returns are covered in our Refund policy.

We email you about your orders and tickets: receipts, reminders and any change to a night. We only send news and drops if you've said yes, and every one of those has an unsubscribe link.

If we move or cancel a night, our Refund policy says what happens to your tickets.

We do our best to keep the site working and every night running as planned. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen, or for things outside our control. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Ghanaian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. We may update them from time to time. The date on this page shows when they last changed, and the terms on the site when you place an order are the ones that apply to it.
